After you sign a safety waiver, we instruct you on how to suit up in our PPE (personal protective equipment) then we will take you to your smash room. There you will find an assortment of weapons and things to break. At any time you can purchase more things to break during your rage session. We play load music that you can jam out too, while you smash and there are phone mounts so take awesome photos or videos, to share on social media.
Children under 18 are permitted into the Rage Cage Smash Room facility. However, if you are under 18 you must participate with supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Rage Cage Smash Room activities are at your own risk, so you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or be a legal adult. We have NO age restrictions… If they can fit into the safety gear they can smash.
No we do not, as every smasher gets their own crate of stuff to smash, so the costs are the same per person whether it’s one or fifteen. We do however offer other incentives for group bookings…ask our staff when enquiring for your team building sesh!!
You will need to bring socks; some form of I.D, money and the energy to have some FUN! We will provide everything else. Wear clothing that you might either work out or train in, such as t-shirts and shorts or leggings, the PPE we provide goes right over the top of what you wear in.
Absolutely, we wholeheartedly encourage this. We’ve even installed phone holders to accommodate you. We also offer to film and edit your session, for a fee of course, using our Go Pros. Ask staff about this on arrival.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by phone or send us an email. (preferred) at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We DO NOT give refunds, we will supply a voucher for future use. It costs us time, effort, and resources to prepare each appointment.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Not redeemable for cash. Not to be used with any other offer. Gift vouchers may be redeemed at all our venues. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
We make it as safe as we possibly can. You will be in the room while smashing. You will be wearing PPE at all times. You can be as aggressive as you want but you need to know the limits of your body. You could potentially overexert yourself, pull a muscle, twist an ankle or knee, etc… Feel free to check out our safety video here.
It’s certainly safe enough to…however confer with your GP prior to undertaking this strenuous activity.
It’s your smash session, as long as you all have signed the waiver, and listened and understand the potential danger, then it’s ok to be in the smash rooms together.
We acknowledge the good work of companions, and therefore do not expect payment from a support worker, if they are there for purely support, if they wish to enjoy a smash session along side their ward, then payment will be required.
YES! Walk-ins are welcome however, called or scheduled pre booked time slots are preferred as sometimes we are not here. Walk-ins are available everyday 11am -5pm – Otherwise please book online
YES! However NO light bulbs or anything toxic. No whitegoods or timber furniture, we are not your dumping ground.
